Deadline to submit your panel is September 16, 2016. Confirmations will be sent the week of September 25, 2016.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE PROGRAM PARTICIPATION. All panels, seminars, workshops, etc. are subject to final, official approval. Bear in mind that scheduling depends on many factors including room availability, equipment requirements, audience interest, availability of participants, etc.
The deadline for programming updates, edits, and modifications is October 2, 2016. Please note that the update deadline is precisely that; an opportunity to make slight adjustments, confirm guests, or rephrase program descriptions. If your program changes drastically, it is subject to removal from our show.
