Kimmy Robertson

Saturday & Sunday

Kimmy Robertson began her career as a ballet dancer, but her distinctive sense of humor and quirky style brought her to the attention of an agent who happened to work in the same office as her ballet company.
Although initially uncertain about becoming an actor, Kimmy was nonetheless hired for the first role she auditioned for in the teen comedy The Last American Virgin. She then returned to ballet, but appeared in the occasional film such as Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and My Mom's a Werewolf before being cast as Sheriff Truman’s deceptively ditsy secretary, Lucy Moran, in the groundbreaking 90’s ABC TV series Twin Peaks.
Creators Mark Frost and David Lynch immediately recognized Kimmy's comedic talent and encouraged her to ad-lib her lines, some of which turned into the funniest moments of the series. Since then, she has appeared in such films as Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Speed 2: Cruise Control, and Stuart Little, as well as working steadily in animation voice over.
Most recently, Kimmy reprises her role as the memorable Lucy in Twin Peaks: The Return, a continuation of the hit series currently airing on Showtime.
